1. GROWING DEMAND
Kingston Road is one of Toronto’s main streets and is one of the city’s important Avenues. When youre driving East along Kingston Road from Downtown to the Bluffs, you’ll be driving through two neighbourhoods: Beaches and Birchcliff. Due to the large demand and high price the Beaches have become unaffordable.
