1. Pricing – Daniels Artworks is coming in the fall of this year and you can expect the pricing to be in the high 800’s Per Square foot. This is an incredible bargain compared to the rest of the downtown core where it is normal to see projects start at $1,100 per square foot.
2. Location – Regent Park is located on the East side of downtown Toronto. Just 7 minutes away from a Dundas TTC subway stop and within a minute of the Don Valley Parkway and the Gardiner Expressway.
3. Deposit – 10% Deposit. You will not find a builder launch a brand new project with a 10% deposit anywhere in the downtown core. This unique deposit structure is exclusive to Regent Park and Daniels. There are two options for the 10% deposit – $5,000 at signing, Balance to 5% in 30 days, 5% in 120 days OR $5,000 at signing, Balance to 5% in 30 days, $1,000 per month 120 days after until you reach 5%. The latter option is called a Gradual Deposit Program and is also unique to Daniels and Regent Park.
4. BOOST Program – Available to first-time buyers only, assuming you qualify, a 10% interest-free and payment-free loan is granted which can BOOST your deposit to 20% and helps you avoid CMHC (mortgage insurance)!
