Right Condos was founded in 2012 by Michael Soudebov, a Realtor with decades of experience of working exclusively in the pre-construction industry. With 8 years of experience working for one of the largest developers in Canada – the Daniels Corporation, Michael has been personally involved in sales of hundreds of millions of pre-construction real estate in various areas of the GTA. Over the past decade Right Condos has established strong relationships with a wide variety of builders in Canada and now holds Platinum status with many of them. This allows our team to provide our valued clients with true front-of-the-line access to pre-construction sales launches throughout the GTA.
